Game only launching in Offline Mode?

Bug Description:

On launch our players (including myself) are getting prompts for offline mode saying only single-player mode is available. This has only started happening today.

Launch from launcher, straight in to error message on main menu

Looks like the live service login server is down or something like that.
Cant login to anything.

Why is that i have reset the game , reset steam , reset pc and still my game is aways in offline mode…
I have no mods on and i play only on official servers…
From last 1 week i have some epic ping from 160 -360 and now i cant even log in. And that its only with Conan i dont have any problems with other games from steam or any other launcher!!

I only had this problem yesterday when all the reports came in, but seems it solved itself after 20 min, because I could enter the game all evening yesterday and all day today without any problems.
Im playing on official server on PC.
