Game wont start process is stuck in the background

Bug Description:

everytime i try to start the game the ue4game process gets stuck in the background and nothing else happens it is still using cpu and memory and i have left it running for 30+ mins and still nothing

Expected Behavior:

launch game, game starts ,play game.
