Can’t get pet or potions from Hannuman Cave. If I have the item needed it tells me the offer was accepted. I see a +1 (Potion or pet) on the right side of the screen. However the item is not removed from my inventory and I don’t actually get the potion/pet.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
