Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.Enter Cave
2.Kill One Skull
3. Kill Three Skull
4.Put heart in chest DO NOT RECIEVE BLESSING OR ANYTHING
PC received a hotfix for this a short while ago. Funcom announced the same fix will be included in a larger patch for consoles in the future.
