Have glyph and signet slots been removed?

I’m looking at talismans and ones that used to have slots for glyphs and signets now have nothing. Is this a new feature?

Glyph slots start with blue gear, signet slots with purple. Weapons no longer have signet slots, they have affixes instead.

This isn’t new, it has been the case since the relaunch.
