Have not received many items after completing the entire battle pass

After completing the battle pass I received all of the potions and ““ free items quote, but have not received either armor sets, the axe, wight horse, arcane motifs, warpaintS, etc…

I have tried resetting my stats via drinking a potion. I have removed my bracelet, and logged in and out multiple times. Nothing changes these items do not appear in my ancestries knowledge tab. Nor are they available at the prerequisite benches.

Did you actually purchase the battle pass?

Evidently new users cannot post pictures evidently. But yes I did buy and yes I did claim all the levels

You can either submit a report using the Zendesk ticket form or you can use the in game report feature.

Yeah I reached level 60 battle pass and the only reward that didn’t show up was the Arcane Motifs. I know a few others on official 1504 that did not get it as well, so think this reward is just bugged.
