Cliff surfing from around pirate queen to black galleon and missed the wall. Spawned back at base. Ran ship again and when pulling the first group after death, heavy attacks were not working. Went to settings to make sure my right trigger did not fail, I could move fine between tabs.
Swapped weapons and tools, nothing, just light attacks.
Removed from radial and added again. Same.
Disconnected but left application up, heavy atracks working again.
