Our developers have recently identified an issue which can prevent some professions from receiving the supercharged nano crystals with their Biomare Explorer Pack purchases. A permanent fix is on the way, but in the meantime, please contact support through an in-game petition if you purchased this pack on one of the following classes:
- Doctor
- Nano Technician
- Meta-Physicist
