HI! I have a server connectivity problem

Problem: Crash, Bug?
Region: Europe

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

1. start game
2. Go online
3. Pve server located
4. Loading forever or host lost( pending connection failure)

I was playing on this server for over 2 months, and now this problem, i can connect other servers, can anyone help plz?
