Server 3086 connectivity issues

For about 3-4 days, I have been able to connect to server 3086 only a few hours a day. The rest of the day I’ve been unable to connect to the server.

Server 3086 is normally one of the most crowded servers on PS4, but right now there are 0/40 players. So this shouldn’t be a connectivity error on my side.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Join server 3086.
