Honeyed Wine - No Healing

Honeyed Wine. It doesn’t heal anymore.

It says ‘Healing’ right in the specs. But instead of health, all you get is a headache.

Game mode: [Online official]
Type of issue: [Bug]
Server type: [PvE]
Region: [America]

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Look at the Honeyed Wine and note its healing properties
  2. Drink said Honeyed Wine
  3. Not get healed
