Horizontal Elevator has Line connected wrong on target

The target of the horizontal elevator has the line attached to the side, not to the middle. That means, the elevator will ride out into the air instead along the line, and it just looks wrong.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Build horizontal Elevator
  2. Look at target Station

Yep, the cable is misplaced on one side of the horizontal elevator on the PS4 as well, causing the thing to derail.
