-I cant play in this official server, too many lag and the perfomance is horrible,it is happening since the last update 3.0. It is unplayable.

untick Settings->Gameplay->“show journey steps”

You are right.
Now it works much better for me.
It still has lag and poor performance, but at least it’s playable
