My disappeared when leaving the water on official PVE server 8058. It disappeared and was removed from my thrall listing. No body found.

Welcome to the Forum. Sorry about this. the loss of your horse. Had heard of a bug awhile back when getting off of horse while it was swimming was a issue thought it was fixed. @stelagel do you know anything

Welcome @Gritz_12. When our thrall or any other follower dies we find it on the event log. Check your event log and see.
If you passed from palisades your horse probably bugged there and died from bleeding.
There is a really old bug that horses were disappeared, but I never experience it so far, so I can’t say 
.
