Horse Stamina gets stucked

In about 10-20% of my games the stamina bar of my horse gets stuck. Only stamina loss during fights happens, and afterwards it doesn´t go up again. So this is nice while galloping around the map, but once the stamina gets to zero in a fight, the horse is useless. Sometimes it goes back to normal after several minutes.

Hi @Muelee, are you able to reproduce the issue without using any mods?

The answer is yes. I played for like 90 minutes without mods, and left to main menu less than 10 times. I left the game on the horse, wearing a sandstorm mask (I often level my horse at the Shattered Springs).
This time the bug lasted about a minute (me galloping without stamina-loss). Then I stopped and then it turned back to normal.
