Horses take many Feats but we didn’t get an increase in available Feat points. You end up having to re-feat every time you need to build something for horses. It’s a QoL thing.
You can farm fragments to add feat points. You can max it out so you never have to respec again.

Each fragment of power gives 10 feat points. But if you learn the Tablet of Power feat from the Esoteric Library, you can craft a Tablet of Power for 5 FoP that gives 60 feat points when used. With 17 or 18 ToP you get enough feat points to have all buy-able by feat points in the game. Including the religious ones if you learn each religion at its teacher.
We used fragments long ago to bring our points to 2000.
