House disconnects anyone that gets close (please help, urgent)

Thanks for stopping by, i have a house over in the winter biome, probably 8Lx5W and everytime anyone gets close to it, or even tries to help me by destroying it, it disconnects EVERYONE From the server, and the problem is my main account is stuck asleep in the house so everytime i log in me and everyone else gets kicked from the server. i tried logging in and deleting my character but it kicks me immediately, please help. i want to buy some dlc’s so i can make some castles, but i cant because i cant play on my server lol.

Game mode: Online private server, Pvp.

What’s the location of the house. Be as specific as possible. Also, it’s a private server, so…

sorry i took so long to reply, was running the roads. its in the winter biome right next to a giant stone bridge going towards a valcano

Give the map coordinates as well.

sorry, it kept crashing me, on the map its: E, 11

i dont see any exact cords like in ark but its in the tiles of E and 11, i hope that helps

Could you let us know if you’ve used any custom DLC pieces on that base, or if any specific NPCs were spawned there through the Admin commands?
