How do I enable character import on my server?

On the character screen the button says “CANNOT IMPORT CHARACTER”. How do I configure my server so that I can import characters on it?

Also it would be great if this could be documented, there is no mention of it:

The solution (for anyone who comes searching the forum for this):

Put this line in ServerSettings.ini:

ServerTransferEnabled=True

On your server look in basic settings, scroll down and keep looking u will see it. Just enable server transfer also u can enable family share.
