I’ve been asked to provide some log files to Funcom on a bug. Pretty sure I’ve identified the right files by date (but don’t know how to open them to check, or what to look for if I did). But when I try to upload them, the system tells me they have an unacceptable file extension, so clearly I’m not supposed to be doing it that way. Can anyone advise me on the correct way to send log files to Funcom?
People usually upload them somewhere and give access to all or a specific person (google drive, dropbox, etc).

(I think) I’ve now sent them correctly. Hopefully it helps Funcom track the issue.
