How do I Whitelist Microsoft Store Players on my Deadicated Server?

Hey,

So I have a dedicated server that I am trying to set up. I play on steam, however a couple of my friends play on PC using Microsoft Store/Game Pass. I was wondering if there was any way of being able to whitelist both Microsoft Store and Steam users on the same server?

I know I can just set a password, but that is not the most secure way of doing things.
