Whitelist issues, can anyone help?

Hey :slight_smile: Im trying to whitelist 2 players. Have done it the admin in game way with the ID and also the server (Low.MS) way. Everyone else has worked, except these two guys. They arent on the black list and their steam ID is 100% right. Any ideas?
