When attempting to use the whitelist, it blocks all players from being able to connect to the server.
I attempted to use my Steam64 ID and could not connect to the server.
I tried using my apparent Funcom ID (as listed on the main menu of the game) and still could not connect.

Welcome to the Forum. I have had a couple ps4 servers for awhile but never used the white list I know what it is for. Have only banned 3 people in all these years. Perhaps @CodeMage may have some input if not perhaps @Barnes might they would know more than I. @Krahazik is it your server?
If it is yours go back into server settings not ingame and change it it may clear up after server reset
