Borked Whitelist - Again

With the whitelist turned on. Some/most people entered are able to log into the server. But there’s starting to be a increasing number of new members, that provide both their Steam64 IC and FC ID (the one from the Friends list), that are being blocked, and having a popup window saying that the server only accepts whitelisted members. After confirming both IDs, they are still unable to log on. This seems to be happen with new players to the server.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Enter Steam64 and FC ID into whitelist and save.
  2. Have player attempt to log into the server.
  3. (roll a die) Player is unable to log into server (Whitelisted only).
