On 2.3 PS4 - I see Flotsom and Stormglass in my Feats but no cost to unlock and to the best of my knowledge, it’s not available as a DLC…Is it?
Not yet, you will be able to unlock the feats once Isle of Siptah is available for purchase on consoles.

Unless Funcom changes things, once Siptah lands on consoles the Flotsam automatically unlocks with Apprentice Mason while Stormglass unlocks with Master Mason (as with other DLC sets).

Isn’t the insulated wood an unlock from DLC for the mid-tier?
Insulated wood isn’t DLC, it was the cold resist mid tier option before the temperature overhaul
Does anyone know for certain if Stormglass protects from cold weather? I saw someone mention earlier that it does but it uses Hardened brick so was confused, I want to build a base in the snowy biome but not sure if I should wait for Stormglass to unlock or go ahead with black ice.
Nevermind, just got confirmation from a YouTuber that Stormglass does also work in cold biomes

That’s good to know as Black ice IMO is getting basic af and I want some variation going forward <3
