We’re still working on a permanent fix for the character transfer issue. In the meantime we’ve set up a temporary request type in our Zendesk ticket form so please make sure to report any issues with character transfers there.
When submitting a report, please make sure you include the following information:
- Origin server (where you were transferring from)
- Transfer server (where you were transferring to)
- Character name
Also pay attention to spelling and make sure to include any special characters in the ID’s.
