I may be missing something really obvious, but how do you view the biographies of other players (the functionality that was added in the recent large patch)?
You should be able to interact with the player (on PC use E), and then there should be an option to select their biography. Also you may need to set the biography to allow others to read it.
I think its something like, allow all, hide/disable, allow clan members. haven’t tested this out myself yet, but watched funcom stream where they explain it.

This only works if one has created a biography though. If there is no biography, there is no option to read it.
