1.Killed werehyenas in the night.
2.Looted the corpses for gnarled teeth and a satchel.
3.Opened several Hunter’s satchel and got zero gnarled teeth.
4.Got a random number of stone skinning knives, sealed water skins and steel repair hammers instead.

That isn’t a bug, that is RNG loot. They carry gnarled fang/s and the loot bag with the stander hunter kit and a map.
