I bought DLC pack year 2 and recieve just one DLC instead 4

Dear developers,
today I bought your DLC pack year 2 on playstation store and when I restarted the game I found that instead of 4 DLC’ s (which you describe in the description of product) I got only one Turanian DLC. Can you please help me to solve this problem? I don’t know what to do. Also I have the evidence of purchase.

FYI

If you have bought a Season Pass, you still need to claim the DLC in the PlayStation Store. Here is how you do it:

  • Log in to the PSN Store, either through a browser or on your console.
  • Search for Conan Exiles.
  • Find the DLC. If you have bought the season pass it should say “Free”.
  • Purchase the DLC.
