I cannot play without internet connection?

This is a known issue that is being worked on, unfortunately I don’t really know more than that. Here’s a link to another thread where players were having the same issue

(update 1.73) Singleplayer/co-op, and settings menu inaccessible offline

After 1.73 update the game is literally unplayable if not connected to the internet. The Failed to login prompt boots you out of all three options beside credits. I’m playing on the ps4 slim, US version of the game. While offline (disconnected from the internet) launch the game. Once in the main menu it’ll attempt to connect to funcom live services, and fail to login as usual being offline. But If you select the singleplayer/co-op then attempt to select continue or new game the failed to login …
