please help , i cant log into official servers any more
Are you still using CE Legacy (UE4) or have you upgraded to CE Enhanced (UE5)? There are no official Legacy servers for PC. (Which means that users on Epic Store or Microsoft Store only have access to private servers on singleplayer/coop, unless/until the upgrade comes to those platforms as well.) i have enhanced installed and it was working fine for about a week , and then suddenly i couldnt loginto any official server
Ah, fair enough. Then next question - is it all official servers that you can’t log into, or is it that your regular server(s) has disappeared?

have you received a ban on UE4version in the past ?
they have said that the list of banned people was reintroduced in enhanced with some delay resulting in people thinking that they could play again on official servers for a week or two.
That said if that is the case for you, then you have two options to continue playing the game , try a ban appeal , or play on private servers
