Is this serious? after having purchased all the dlc, all the battle passes, being permanently denied access to official servers? I only spent 1 month without playing, please fix this, because there was a huge mistake… my psn id is Erick_Zaccaro thanks I can’t log into official servers

Information on suspensions and bans While suspensions are not open to appeal we do offer the option of appealing a permanent ban. We understand some might not always be aware of the actions taken by clanmates.
If you are unaware of the reason for a suspension or ban, please make sure you check in-game first by accessing any of our official servers. You will be prompted with the reasoning for suspension/ban and the duration.
As mentioned previously, please note that only bans are eligible for an appeal and not suspensions. If you would like to appeal, please feel free to do this through Zendesk 3.9k
