Can't load into pve servers Access Denied

Bug Description:

I cannot log into any server (Im on 6 different servers) it loads half way then comes up the a message Access Denied Failed to retrieve suspension information. I have not broken any rules, I have been playing this game for 3-4 years and never had any issues with rules/admins and or other clans. A few of my friends have the same issue, we are all in different clans. Need this fixed ASAP!!!

I’m having the same problem, I cannot even log into any official severs, I have been playing for 3 plus year with no reports, not sure what’s going on here.

Information on suspensions and bans

While suspensions are not open to appeal we do offer the option of appealing a permanent ban. We understand some might not always be aware of the actions taken by clanmates.

If you are unaware of the reason for a suspension or ban, please make sure you check in game first by accessing any of our official servers. You will be prompted with the reasoning for suspension/ban and the duration.

As mentioned previously, please note that only bans are eligible for an appeal and not suspensions. If you would like to appeal, please feel free to do this through Zendesk by selecting ‘Ban Appeal’ as the type of issue and providing relevant information such as character names, servers you’ve played on, and clans you were part of.
