When trying to join the server it fails to join and shows a message “Can’t join requested game” and that if the problem persists to restart the game, which does not fix the problem either.

Our purge meter is full so we likely lost all our progress

Please make sure you provide the best information you can at the time of your report. This means relaying as much information as you can to help our team investigate. This includes, but is not limited to, screenshots, videos, timestamps, names of characters and clans, and a good description of the issue.
We won’t be able to refund or return any loss of property caused by an infraction.
