I see people, but I don’t see any buildings

NPC camps are not rendered.I see people, but I don’t see any buildings. I went to one server, started building a base and noticed this bug, having decided that the problem in the server had moved to another, but there was the same problem. If you restart the game, the problem temporarily disappears, but after a while appears. In the screenshot Tugra camp. In the background you can see the Obelisk for snapping to the ground. (Sorry for my bad english.)
