Bug Description:

In the under water passage near Watcher of the Passage in southern jungle on the right side of grid N-6 you insta die and respawn with a message that you’re falling through the world. When trying to recover your body you find that all of your loot is gone. This is the same for another location I found also in the southern jungle on the right side of grid M-6 there is a tunnel/passage way that also insta kills you when trying to run through it, also losing all of your loot in the process.

Bug Reproduction:

Enter the listed locations from either side and try to traverse through them normally and you will die, it pretty basic, nothing special other than trying to swim through one and run through the other. It’ maybe your anti-mesh stuff maybe out of wack in certain areas.

Can confirm this on PlayStation too, official PvP.

Here is a video of my friend dying while trying to climb at the sinkhole, he dier again at the same spot when trying to get his stuff back.
