Bug Description:

Invalid Building Location in B7 near -253000 68000

Bug Reproduction:

Unable to build at location of an existing base on private dedicated server, tested with no mods on a single player game and still get the same error message at the same location. If I enable Build Anywhere, I can build there but I still cannot place any followers on guard at that location.

I too, have that same area bugged for building. Cannot build in my base top left of B7. Cannot upload the screenshot just yet (new user) It is the top plateau above the lagoon near the city.
