Can you try to leave the area and come back in order to see if this remains the same?
If you could specify which NPC it is we would appreciate it!
Sometimes it works if I leave an come back sometimes it gets his hairs back without leaving the area. But also sometimes it lose it again.
I don’t know how this creature is called. It’s the one who throws rocks on you.
It’s also not a specific location. All of them all over siptah.
I believe the 1 skull edition more frequently than the normal one but this happens to bove of them.
