Three players offline play
All PS5 players so we are all on the same type of system
We have had to restart three times because there is no way to access the save. It pulls up the window but nothing will allow us to access it. I tried reporting it on the main screen but it wouldn’t let me either. I hope I can find help here. I have tried everything I have read so far and I am out of idea. I don’t want to invest any more time if I can’t access it tomorrow.

Is this a save you’re trying to apply to a server you’ve rented?

Do you mean co-op?
If you play co-op, then you can join the server only when the host is available.
But if you suffer the starting bug, i will suggest you a workaround. If you don’t have alternative accounts on your console, create one. Start the game grom your alternative account and it will run properly while fixing the issue you had on your main too
Now go back to your main and the game will start properly.

I’ve actually heard there’s been issues on the PS single player/co-op mode since Age of Heroes. I haven’t tried it for some time, but iirc, both @Marylambs and I had the same issue. We usually build offline on her co-op and then take the build online after screenshotting it. She couldn’t pull up her co-op server anymore. I believe I can’t either. I’ll have to check again, but this isn’t an isolated incident. Just look here and Reddit and you’ll notice there’s been quite a few newer players reporting the same issue on the PS version. Funcom @Community has yet to acknowledge it either.

Rented? According to everything I have read the server is one that is specifically assigned to my profile.
It will delete everything I have done to do this. I don’t understand why it won’t let me access any of my content when I try to run co-op but will allow when single player. All of us HAVE bought the DLCS to make sure that it wasn’t us and it isn’t. It’s definitely a bug issue. I am tired of having to restart my whole tribe again and again. I only play with these two people on this one server and your saying I have to restart over and over and over.

It’s horribly upsetting and honestly. I just spent 80$ on the whole thing and now I kinda want my money back. It’s very upsetting.
Where exactly did i said that? All i offered was a workaround for a particular bug 
. I do get your frustration, but no reason to steam on me while the game doesn’t work m8.

Apologies, I wasn’t sure what you meant about co-op at first.
You can play singleplayer by yourself, co-op with friends, multiplayer via a dedicated server, rented server, join a private server or Official.
Singleplayer and co-op are not truly offline as you must connect to Funcom Live Services.
Anyway, unfortunately at this time I don’t really have any advice. Stability of PS has been a longstanding issue and has degraded significantly in the past year. Funcom has not communicated, as jmk mentions above, any solutions.
I suggest renting a server or joining a multiplayer. Officials are persistent but make sure to read the Terms of Conduct, Guidelines and Procedures to understand your responsibilities.

If you’re use to playing the game by now, it might be a good opportunity to take the dive and jump into online.
I played single player/co-op for some time during the first year of release and it just wasn’t the same. There was a bit of grind for official servers when I first started in 2018, but by about 2019 there were some minor changes to harvesting and what-have-you that made the grind less… grindy.
I strongly recommend just jumping in and making the most of it. While single player/co-op is a nice mode to play in, especially when learning, you’ll find that online can have its benefits as well. I suggest you find a nice PvE server then have at it. Meet people, be friendly. You might be glad you did.
