Isle of Siptah Tower (Void Forge is bugged) Recipe Missing and Journey Step Stuck!

Bug Description:
Missing Recipe from the Void Forge, it notifies “that all knowledge has been learned” But there are a lot of missing recipe, notably the Tablet of Power, Throne of Skelos and Skelos armor among others. The Journey step discover the Void Forge is stuck and wont update even if you go to the void forge several times already even waiting and afk-ing inside doesn’t work.

Bug Reproduction:
you don’t need to do anything it just doesn’t work.

Is it only one issue? Is it related to a journey step, if so which one and which step are you have issues?

Please, add as much information as possible so we can verify.

Journey Step Find the Void Forge under the Island Adventurer Journey Challenge.
This Journey Step Requires you to go and discover the Tower at the center of Isle of Siptah, It does not work I’ve been there several times learned every recipe but still wont update the Journey Step hence I cant proceed to finish the “Island Adventurer Journey”.

Occasionally, such journey steps require you to check the entire location that it tells you to go to. Have you wandered through the entire Void Forge, through its inside and outside?

The Voidforge does not teach those recipes. On the Isle of Siptah, those can only be learned from vault chests or Schematic Fragments.

Location discovery points are quite slow to trigger and do not cover the entire area. If you visit a discovery location and run through quickly, it is quite possible to completely pass over the point without it triggering. You should move more slowly to give it time to trigger. The discovery points are usually right around the entrance, so take your time moving around the entrance area until it triggers.

The last time we actually had to jump over the rail into the forge itself to trigger the location.
