Issue with corrupting attributes

Playing on ps5 on an official server. This is an exisiting character that has been at level cap for ages. Everytime ive tried to corrupt my attributes ill run into the below error less than 10 minutes afterwards forcing me to reset my attributes and losing the corruption and spirit essences ive spent to get it.
