My apologies if this has already been addressed, but is there a problem going on with the day/night cycle? I recently started only a few days ago and it has been night out the entire time! It just will NOT turn to day! I’ve checked the day/night cycle and nothings been shifted or altered. I even attempted to manually turn it to noon and it’s still dark. Is this a know bug? Please help! 
Oh I’m so stupid! gah! Is this the Halloween event doing this? Sorry …sorry. I’m a newbie. I didn’t know. Is there anyway to make it less dark then?

Other then adjusting your TV and gamma settings? No. The event will be over in a few days though.
