Kathibria(T4 Bearer) only has 5 inventory slots after converting her. The other 2 T4s I have work correctly.
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

Good to mention, i don’t often grab bearers i must admit, hope some devs will check her out. 
Pretty sure I grabbed that one from the Black Galleon. Probably just spawns randomly where any other Bearer can spawn. Still in storage in my Vault however, waiting for bearers to be worth the hassle.
I am unable to confirm via the dev kit. I admin spawned in Kathibria Featherstep and she has the correct inventory amount. Her blueprint that drives the inventory space amount is identical to all of the other Sherpa’s in the game and also has the correct inventory amount.
Are you using any mods? Can you try converting a different Bearer on that same wheel of pain? Since they all share the same blueprints and templates (other then race templates), if one has a problem, they all should.
I also just tested her in the dev kit through the entire conversation process on a T2 Wheel, and she came out with 25 inventory spaces.
Same, had to check who she was and if i had her. I don’t care so much about bearers i must admit. 
I got her from one of the towers around New Asgard.
I’ll tryout another one. I did get charedit and city life, so I guess that could be doing it.
Chatedit no, city life is probably the culprit. If I recall, it hasn’t been updated for some time now and likely is still using old data tables and blueprints.
That’s unfortunate, I’ll remove it and see if it fixes her inventory.
