So I keep getting the challenge in the title, and I have killed numerous island lynxes in Siptah, even spawned the different kinds with admin panel- not one kill was recorded towards the challenge.
I haven’t seen that challenge yet, but are you sure it’s “kill” and not something like “skin”?
I only ask because I made that mistake on a challenge last time around. Took a couple tries before I realized it wasn’t bugged. I just wasn’t doing what the challenge wanted me to do. 
No, it was “defeat”. Not skin. It did it a few more times since my last post, and mainly had to do with “defeating” certain creatures. Today it was with crocodiles.
I had the same issue with the challenges not completing turns out it was an old mod.
Got this challenge today and completed it on an official server.
