Just happened to my friend and I as well, we went in together. PC, same clan, died to the zombie dragon and clicked respawn in dungeon. Got stuck in an endless load screen and had to hard restart. We did not lose any of our gear.

You are not supposed to respawn in the dungeon. It seems that option being available is the bug.

Happened to me as well. When you die in Karuk’s Lair, your item will drop on the ground and you’ll be respawned naked.
