The Lantern shield would be perfect for a return to the game, having a lantern lit shield would help a lot in this world. Sucks it was removed a while back

I don’t even remember that. How long ago was it removed?
I’ve read about what it is - apparently a shield with light source built-in? Considering that both night vision mask and the potions of night vision are both broken since the last large update, I’m all for more light sources in the game. ^^
It was taken out a while ago, back in Early Access. You can still spawn it in with the admin panel, but it doesn’t seem to light up anymore:
