Latency on my Official Server 1516 suddenly 249 ms to 9999 ms... work-around fix

[Very high latency or 9999, which I guess means no response]

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Earlier I was on Official Server 1516 PvE-C, latency was 88 ms. Then the server crashed? or not sure but latency for all of us was 9999 and no one was on. Now it’s back up but my latency is 249 to 9999. Never saw 249 before today. 9999 when it’s bugged.
  2. Then I look at other servers and most are 9999, even those where it has always been 60 to 90 ms.
  3. I checked on FAST.com just now and my latency was 81 ms and my connection is not doing any other task except trying to connect to Conan Exiles.
  4. My work-around was to log onto a low latency Official server for 5 minutes, then log out and suddenly my ping was 98 ms to server 1516 and log-on was successful after an hour of trying unsuccessfully.
