As stated ^ Our server inaccessible but still listed. The ping is at 9999. I’ve heard that means it needs to be reset.

It usually only lasts for a half hour or so. Did it ever fix itself? Also, typically the auto server restart is about 2am pacific time on NA servers, so that will often fix it anyway.
If it’s outside the usual server restart time (assuming I’m up at that time), I’ll typically go to my other server and play for a bit, then check back. I have an Exiled Lands server and a Siptah server.
