Bug Description:
When using the build hammer or attacking, left click does not work
Bug Reproduction:
Just entered the game and selected singleplayer
When harvesting material with tools, using menus, moving items in inventory/benches ect., it works without fault?
Are there mods involved?
Mouse works without problem outside the game?
No mods, mouse works fine outside and inside game, only when i want to attack or use the build menu does it not work
Could you try going on official server for a bit and see if the problem is present there?
Did you try “verify file integrity” of the game?
Did this problem start suddenly or maybe some software/hardware change has happened?
Could be a bug but…
A VERY viable option: your mouse is “near end of life”. I have see several… rodents… start misbehaving under certain conditions, before slowly shutting down overall (left button obviously being most used)
EDIT: small typo
I cant get on a server, I’m at school, and the wifi doesn’t allow for server connections. All files are good (verified them yesterday). It might be that my mouse is getting ready to be replaced, but it works with everything else on my computer
To test, try switching functions of left and right mouse button and play. That should give some answers.
Have done, Rmb works just not lmb

Thank you for your report. Can you share with us if you tried changing the USB port?
If possible, make sure to check and update your mouse drivers as well.
