Bug Description:
Legendary Armor Repair kit is missing when you put the T4 armorer with hammer on the tinkering bench

Bug Reproduction:
Putting a T4 armorer with hammer icon on the tinker bench

its still an issue and not showing up to make

i checked it on the new patch its back

Same issue on the official pve servers
After the patch today they can now craft master repair kits despite the fact there available to craft with out a thrall

Master kits were always able to be crafted without a thrall the Legendary repair kit needed a thrall and prior to the patch Legendary Armor Repair Kit were missing from the recipe list when thr T4 armorer ( with the hammer icon) was missing.
