I want to give a follower to my friend. After create the nPC and after he placed it on ground, how can I Level Up his follower to lvl20?

You can only level it up for him if you are in the same clan.

Create a clan
Press Insert or the Key to open the Command Line, then write
LevelFollowerUpTo 20 for Level 20
or
LevelFollowerUpTo 9 for Level 9
You must be admin and pay attention to the space before between text and level.
Would be great if you could give thralls to people in other clans.
